  • While I specialize in PTSD and body-focused repetitive behaviors (such as trichotillomania and dermatillomania), I also work with patients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more.

  • Yes! At Curious Minds, you can choose psychotherapy, medication management, or both. I often combine these services to create a comprehensive, personalized treatment plan that supports your mental health from multiple angles.

  • BFRBs are compulsive behaviors such as hair pulling (trichotillomania) or skin picking (dermatillomania). I am especially interested in treating these conditions with a combination of therapy and evidence-based medications.

  • CPT is the gold standard for trauma-informed psychotherapy, designed to help individuals reframe unhelpful thoughts that keep them stuck in PTSD. This structured, research-backed approach empowers patients to process past experiences and break free from patterns that prevent them from living full, connected lives.

  • My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply rooted in meaningful connection. When medication is part of your treatment, I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to ensure it aligns with your goals and values. For patients interested in therapy, I primarily offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)—a structured, trauma-informed treatment backed by strong clinical evidence. While CPT is my core modality, I also draw from other therapeutic traditions, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic principles, to provide flexibility and meet each patient’s individual needs. These approaches inform our work together, but they are not offered as stand-alone therapies.

  • All services are provided online via secure telehealth. This allows for greater flexibility and accessibility while still maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship.
